SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

This service is for ALL athletes of ANY sport looking for semi-private speed, strenth, and mobility training . Athletes will receive personalized strength, speed, and mobility programs tailored to their needs. Athletes are encouraged to regularly attend 2 or 3 workouts per week.

PITCHING (BASEBALL) 

Athletes will receive Functional Movement Screening services, mechanical analysis, personalized drills, mobility training, arm care exercises, and mental training.

HITTING (BASEBALL + SOFTBALL)

Athletes will receive Functional Movement Screening services, mechanical analysis, personalized drills, mobility training, and mental training.

CAMPS (BASEBALL + SOFTBALL)

These small camps will give players an exclusive opportunity to develop the major skills that are needed to succeed in the game. Camps will be specifically tailored to either fielding, hitting, pitching, and catching.
